Individual $150/month
Couple $275/month
Unlimited office or Televisits. Priority scheduling (during normal business hours). Yearly physicals with routine labs, but does not cover in-office procedures, labs outside of physicals, or medications. 10% discount on any additional in-house lab add ons. 10% discount on other services

Yes. You’ll still need insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, specialist visits, or labs and imaging done outside our clinic. Our services complement your insurance, not replace it.

Each visit includes a full consultation, time to discuss all your concerns, preventive care, chronic condition management, lab orders, treatment planning, and referrals if needed. Visits are typically 30–60 minutes and unrushed.

Yes. Most Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) can be used to pay for your visits and services. Check with your provider for eligibility.
